At Lake Worth Pediatrics, we prioritize your child’s health and well-being. To streamline your visit, we’ve made our patient forms available online. These forms cover essential information about your child’s medical history, current health status, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. Please fill out the forms in advance to help us provide the best care possible.

Our patients, newborns through adolescents, are seen by appointment for illness, injury, and well child examinations. We do our best to accommodate same day and walk-in appointments – please understand we cannot guarantee your provider of choice. We also offer evening hours Monday through Thursday by request only.

If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. There is no charge for the first missed appointment, however, if there are repeated missed appointments, without prior cancellation, subsequent office visits will not be scheduled.

We respect the time spent in the waiting room and we make every effort to minimize any delay. There are situations some patients are seen on a priority basis based on emergency conditions. We hope you understand any delay in your appointment under such circumstances.
