Dr. Shankaraiah graduated from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, India, in 1980. He completed his pediatric residency at New York Medical College. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been practicing in Palm Beach County since 1990 and in 1995 Dr. Shankaraiah established Lake Worth Pediatrics. He is a well known and respected physician in the community and over time the practice has become well established due to his experience, devotion, and professionalism. 

Dr. Pallavi Shankaraiah received her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, then went on to complete her residency at Palms West Hospital. She is a board certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is the newest member of the team, having joined Lake Worth Pediatrics in October 2017. She is excited to start her career as a pediatrician and follow in her father’s footsteps. In her spare time, Dr. Pallavi enjoys spending time with family, traveling and doing yoga.

Alyssa is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children and their families. With over 11 years of extensive training in pediatric health, Alyssa is skilled in assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of childhood illnesses and conditions. Alyssa began her career as a registered nurse, gaining hands-on experience in pediatric care before advancing her career to become a nurse practitioner at Maryville University in 2019. Alyssa works closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and education to ensure the best outcomes for each child’s physical, emotional and developmental health. Whether managing chronic conditions, addressing acute illnesses or providing preventive care, Alyssa is dedicated to making each visit a positive experience for both the child and family. When not seeing patients, Alyssa enjoys hanging out at the beach, traveling, playing tennis, or participating in a pilates class. 

Anna is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a specialization in pediatrics. She earned her Master’s degree from Governors State University in Illinois. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nursing, along with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), Anna brings several years of hands-on experience in providing high-quality patient care across diverse healthcare settings  Her nursing journey began in Illinois, where she specialized in obstetrics, assisting with childbirth and providing post-partum care for new mothers. She advanced her career by becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner in Florida in 2023. Anna is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children and their families. Outside of work, Anna values staying active and enjoys working out. She also cherishes time spent with her family and friends and loves playing with her dog.
